On Wednesday, August 23, 2023 the Mathematics Education study program together with HIMMADIKA (Mathematics Education Student Association) held OSMARU (New Student Orientation) activities. OSMARU activities are activities that are part of the UNS PKKMB series where in this activity further introduction to the Mathematics Education study program is given to new Mathematics Education students. OSMARU activities took place in building D, 3rd floor, room 301A at 07.30.

The OSMARU event was opened by the MC followed by singing the Indonesia Raya song. Furthermore, it was filled with remarks from the chairman of HIMMADIKA 2023, brother Muhammad Aditya. In this session, the chairman of HIMMADIKA also introduced the Mathematics Education study program and Himmadika in general. The event continued to the introduction of each field in HIMMADIKA which was guided by each field head and related field staff.

After the introduction of HIMMADIKA, the event continued to the introduction of the Mathematics Education Study Program delivered by the head of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Mr. Triyanto S.Si., M.Si. In this session, the lecturers of the Mathematics Education Study Program were also present. In the presentation of the material, Mr. Triyanto also conveyed to new Mathematics Education students to participate in advancing the achievements of the Mathematics Education study program. In this session, the Head of Study Program also divided academic supervisors for new Mathematics Education students. The event continued to the question and answer session guided by the MC.

After the introduction session of the Mathematics Education study program ended, the event continued with an entertainment session. This entertainment session was filled with new student yells, gift exchange, and reward games. The OSMARU event was closed with a documentation session.
