Mathematics Education UNS Laboratory
The Mathematics Education Laboratory consists of four laboratory units, which are the Computer Laboratory, Multimedia Laboratory, Media / Teaching Tools Development Laboratory, and Micro Teaching Laboratory. The laboratories are held to facilitate students and lecturers in organizing practical activities either for research activities or coursework.
1. Computer Laboratory
Description:
The Computer Laboratory is used for organizing lectures that have computer practicum activities. In addition, the computer laboratory can also be used to work on lecture assignments or other activities such as P2M (Community Service/Community Service) or research. The Computer Laboratory provides 35 computers connected to the internet network and 1 server computer. Other facilities in this laboratory include tables, chairs, and an internet connection. Each computer in the laboratory is also equipped with software and applications that support lectures or research activities in the field of computing.

2. Multimedia Laboratory
This laboratory is intended to facilitate students to carry out lecture activities related to multimedia, work on project assignments related to computer-based interactive media, media development for research.
This laboratory is divided into 3 parts, which are the computer room, discussion room/storage studio room, and display room.
This laboratory has computers equipped with application software related to media development and learning.
The studio room is a special room designed in the development of learning videos.
3. Media / Teaching Tools Development Laboratory
Description:
This laboratory is intended to facilitate students to conduct Mathematics Learning Media lecture activities or other work (research, PKM (Student Creativity Program/The Student Creativity Program) related to the development and use of mathematics learning tools.
Some mathematics learning media that have been produced by students are exhibited in the laboratory display case based on school level: SD, SMP, and SMA, and the field of study: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, etc.
The Media/Teaching Tools Development Laboratory is divided into several rooms, which are: material room, storage room, display/discussion room, and workshop room. The material room provides materials needed in making media by students such as cardboard, acrylic, glue, tape, and others. The workshop room contains tools that can be used in making media such as grinders, saws, drills, and others. The results of media making from students will be displayed in the display room.
Tools and functions:
- Drill, for making holes.
- Burrs, for cutting or smoothing the surface of materials.
- Chainsaw, for cutting.
